Nā Kama Kai is proud to announce that our 13th Annual Pa‘akai Gala is back in person and will be held on September 21, 2024, at the historic Royal Hawaiian Hotel’s Monarch Ballroom.

As we look back at all of the important work that we have done over the past years, it is inspiring to see how much our organization has grown thanks to partners like you. None of this would have been possible without the annual support of our Paʻakai sponsors and donors. Nā Kama Kai has flourished over the past years now offering daily programming out of Hālau Nā Kama Kai in Wai‘anae. We’re ever thankful for the tremendous support we have received from organizations and partners in the past and I hope that you will consider supporting us as a sponsor at the Pa‘akai Gala once again. With your kōkua, we can continue to be directly engaged in growing Hawai‘i’s youth into Hawai‘i’s future leaders by strengthening their relationship with the ocean and our island-home!

Nā Kama Kai empowers children by connecting our keiki to the kai and ‘āina to nurture a deeper sense of aloha and kuleana for the natural environment and themselves.

All of the proceeds from the gala and silent auction will go directly to Nā Kama Kai programs. Each program is specifically designed to increase the capacity of our community through nurturing and engaging Hawai‘i’s youth in the ocean while instilling the importance of kūpuna knowledge of ocean safety and stewardship in their daily lives. As a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) we are thankful to our volunteers and grateful for the tremendous support we continue to receive from private and governmental organizations.
